While we do our best to ensure safety, no system is perfect as there may still be loopholes that can be exploited. That’s why we rely on the support of all users to help maintain a safe and respectful environment.
Please review our content guidelines before submitting a report. If you encounter content or behavior that violates our rules, follow the steps below to report it to our moderation team. We appreciate your patience, as reviewing reports and making fair evaluations takes time.
If a violation of our guidelines is confirmed, we will take appropriate action. However, please note that we may not be able to share the outcome or specific details of the decision with you.
Report a User
Whether you are reporting a creator or a fan, please go to the user's profile page. Click the three dots ( ⋮ ) and select "Report this user".
You will see a dropdown list of common report reasons. If none apply, select "Other" and describe the issue in detail.
If the report includes sufficient evidence and the user is found to have violated our policies, our moderation team will determine and apply the appropriate action.
Report a Post
If you come across an inappropriate post in the Feed, click the three dots (⋯) on the post and select "Report Post".
You will be able to choose a reason from the list, just like when reporting a user.
If the content is determined to violate our standards, our moderation team may remove or restrict it. Creators may contact support to inquire about the reason for the removal.
