Users can choose whether or not to receive email notifications for content updates from creators.
If you turn on Content Updates from Creators, you’ll receive an email notification each time a creator publishes a new post. You will only receive updates from creators you:
Follow
Subscribe to via a monthly plan
Purchase a collection
Note: One-time purchases, such as Single Unlock Posts, are not subscriptions. This means you won’t receive future email notifications for new content from that creator. If you wish to stay updated, please follow the creator or subscribe to one of their plans.
Go to Account Settings and select Email Management. Under Notifications from Creators, toggle on Content Updates from Creators.
